Hi my name is Vijay Kumar. R loan number: 29382124. In idfc bank
I applied for a loan during January 2020 they promised me to release loan for 10% but unfortunately they released for 18% while I tried returning they convinced they will reduce the interest but later they didn't do it & I had to accept because I was in need of a loan for my sisters marriage.
They promised to do some top up of some offer after 6 months.
Later due to covid I took monitorium for 4 months & they have added extra 4 months of EMI.
With a common people suffering with job loss pay cuts & additional EMI for taking monitorium how will the people survive.
In this I have affected by covid 19 & loan collector agents are not understanding the situation but threatening to come to home & seize every thing.
I'm not sure who to give a complaint but updating it here.
Hope someone will take action on this person.
