i purchased samsung power bank from ebay on 20th march,2016.I recieved the consignment on 27th march,2016.
After unpacking the product and using it.product found defective,power bank was not working at all.
I immediately contacted EBay on telephone about the problem,but i didnt get the required response.I wanted replacement.and i have already mailed to the ebay regarding the issue but there was no reply.now i either want my money back or the replacement.
