    Calling the attention of Samsung Company to take serious action on this issue !


    While waiting for the technician to diagnose the problem on my Samsung S7edge there are about 10 customers file their complaints w/same issue but mine is worst because aside from flickering nag overheat and automatic shut down


    After 5hours of waiting the Technician from Samsung Store Cebu told me its the board has defect reason of overheat .
    I request them to replace my unit, as per the service center of Samsung cebu particular in Ayala Center Mall they will process but subject for approval .
    I told them you must replace the unit or refund me waiting for their update.
