Faulty product delivered, no action step by Lenskart

Hi,

I had ordered an extra lens from Lenskart Faridabad during lock down in the month of April 2020 (order I'd 1220664604). I used that lens yesterday ie 6 June,and found that my vision is still blurry and haze persists. When I contacted customer care, they refused to assist informing 15 day return policy has elapsed. When I asked them what if I would have purchased a box from you and one of the 5th lens would have been faulty like this, they said even in that case we do not help.

I have been using lenses since 14 years and have come across a scenario like this before. Ideally the company takes the faulty product and sends it to the company for investigation. But this resolution was not provided by Lenskart and the way their supervisor talked was rude as well.

Want to raise a complaint against Lenskart Faridabad team for not providing a solution, that is very much possible.
