honorable sir/madam, there was a contract between UTS SOLUTION and me for online "salary profile work". This company give me work on 12/02/2020 and the time bound was of 10days but i had completed this work before time bound and submit it on the company mail. There was a condition between me and company that if i will not able to complete work or the work accuracy below to 90% then i will have to pay Rs.6700/- as a registration charge and if your accuracy is above 90% then company will pay you Rs.28300. After 3days i got a call from 8758576507. he introduced hiself as a company lawyer. He said to me that your work accuracy is below to 90% and you will have to pay Rs. 7500/- otherwise we will file a case against you in high court Gujrat. I asked for a copy of the work accuracy but they denied to give it and fully presserized to say legal inquiry against me. i was very nervous and i had to pay Rs.7500. company account details are:- BANK NAME- UNION BANK, ACCOUNT NAME- UTS SOLUTION, ACCOUNT NUMBER- 364101010037049, IFSC CODE- UBIN0536415,. After he called me and said you will have to pay 75000 more for NOC because our contract for 11 months.Though there was no condition of this type in contract. I requested to honorable sir/madam please get my money back and get my salary also. I am attaching a copy of contract.
