faulty machine and lack of services

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a washing machine of samsung make in the year 2012 and the same have developed faults again & again for which I have already paid a huge amount.

Presently the machine has developed faults, for which the samsung co. has lifted my machine and they say that the machine cannot be repaired becuase the co. has stopped production of the drum.

Sir, if they knew that they have stopped maf. of the drum, they should not have taken the machine at their workshop.

Not they demand money for delivering the unrepaired machine to me, for which I am not liable. Also they do not issue a letter that the machine cannot be repaired because they have stopped maf. of the drum.

This is issue is for more than 1 month and no one is responding me.

I request you to help me for the replacement of the machine since its a faulty machine supplied by them
