Respected sir / Madam,
With refernce to the above, I hereby inform you that I have purchased a Top Loading Fully Automatic Washing Machine on 14.11.2013 from your dealer Bela Vision, Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat bearing Invoice no. 1193 Order No. 9172A. Model No. WM KT6012RG-FAU We received a defective piece from your company. From the first year we had to go for repairing or change the internal parts till today. We had taken extended warranty period by paying extra money. So, due to this warranty, we got repair our machine from your company technicians. But nobody paid proper attention and our machine stopped working. Whenever we asked for thorough Servicing, we were told that It is not their duty. So, they only attended the single problem and ignored the main problem.
Now I dont understand how a machine can be out of work in just 5 years? Not only that after repairing it works only 10 or 15 days and a new problem arisis.I have paid more than 7,000 Rs. for repairing. I choose Kelvinator Company because of its Trusted name. But I feel very bad to say that your product is really very bad.
I just called your customer care exicutive Mr. Yogendra on No. 079 39404040. I tried to inform about this matter but he told me that We Cant Help you and when I said that your product is no t working properly, he told me that he is not listening me even though I was listening his voice very clearly. He ignored me.
In this case either you exchange my defective machine or give complete repairing free of cost.
Please reply ASAP.
