No service since more than 1 year from "Boshc".

Dear Sir/Madam,
We bough 1 Bosch Top Load washing machine in the year 2020-2021. From last more than 1 year, heavy noise is coming from it while spinning. We tried to contact for a service request. The company do not have a direct calling number. It is refering to a Waht's App number. We register there. But no responce till date. We registered online complaint in it's website also. Still no response. We are suffering since last 1 year. Please support.
