I purchase sansui washing machine on dated 25.12.2015 name of Munirkhan Pathan from Techno kart india limited, Suryipur Society, Randher road, Rusbh char rasta, Surat (0261 2777122) with 3 years warranty but at the duration between 25.12.2015 to till date it is unworkable so many times (5 time) so i contact to seller as per above details but the head of Sansui technician team Mr. Jakir and Mr. Sandip told me last time if the machine is unworkable in future then it will be replace by us but at the time of replace he could not attend my phone and massage and also he said he can not replace washing machine.
So kindly accept of my application and do the according action for the above application.
