Not giving Washing Machine for repairing on 25th May 2017 through Electrolux customer care service

I sent my Washing Machine for repairing on 25th May 2017 through Electrolux customer care service no RAJ2405170002
After 2 days to since now, whenever I call him for status, he will either reject my call or not replying or saying that I am outside city.
Earlier he was promising me to repair it by 1 week time but after 20 days still he is not giving me any status and telling me that I will call back you within 1 hour, and not lifting any phone calls after one hour.
He every time gives different excuses like - no manpower , under testing, your machine is in different city for repairing, sending your machine in one hour, sending your machine by 5 min etc etc.
I am fad with this guy, please help me out from this.
I am ready to repair it through other agency, but he is not giving back my Washing Machine.
