My name is Hemangi Sanja from Rajkot. I would like to buy a fully automatic front load washing machining. So, I visited Vijay Electronics Mega Mall at 150 ft Ring Road, Rajkot on 20th June 2020.
I have selected the machine of Samsung company but they charge 2.5% sweeping charge for doing it by credit card payment. So please tell me whether this is a legal or not because at present our Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi sir is encouraging people for digital India. What is the benefit to the customer if the charge is levied? So, let us know soon what is the policy in this regard, otherwise we will investigate this matter in consumer protection.
