Today "30Mar2017", I am writing this complaint.
I enrolled for Jukaso Journeys Membership on 16Mar2016 and paid Rs. 45,000. Post that I applied for cancellation of my membership within 10 days, based on which they promised to refund my membership fee within 90 days after deducting Rs. 5,000 as administrative charges. Till date they have not paid my money and have given me a PDC which is payable towards end of July 2017.
Similar to my issue, there are multiple other people who have same grievance. I do have contact number of 10-15 such people.
Moreover, it clearly appears that they are planning to sell their property in Gurgaon to Ginger Group of Hotels. There is a high chance that they will run away with everyone's money.
Please suggest if you can help me get my money back.
