Mis-Sell Consumer complain for booked travel package with ezeego1.com

I had booked travel package with ezeego1.com where the executive commited that whichever hotel from the list i will select he will get that for me. as it was a recorded call, i made the initial booking payment in good faith.
Later on when i asked for hotel he straight away refused.

I made the booking basis his assurance of the hotel of my choice but he gave me false commitments and mis sell me the package.
i had called their customer helpline several times but they said they would not refund the amount.
I want my initial booking amount backwith interest
