Fake promises made by Pacific Holiday World delhi

After providing worst service now they are not provided refund. I am chasing since 3 months now.

I am also one of the member who is suffering for the refund as I am not getting what is promise at the time of taking membership.

For refund they said they will give but you have to take the trip and then we will give if you don't like it. And I don't like the services there as they ask me to pay extra for Breakfast while all resort and hotel will have breakfast included in bookings only.

And after that trip we ask for the refund and they are denying.
