Verbal Abuse and Misbehavior of bus driver

I am a PhD scholar presently working in sufdarjung hospital, we took a bus (orange) from naroji nagar to south campus at 7:34 on 09/01/2023 , bus number DL1PD0704 bus route 711. Their was also a female coworker travelling along with me, The bus driver was driving the bus very recklessly taking very hard brakes and when i took support with my leg against the front plastic box for a second, he started threatening, abusing and cussing to both of us, even to the female student that was with me. It is situations like these that take a mental tole on us as female coworker now refuses to use any bus facility and is very scared to take any other means of public commute, also she cried after we got out of the bus. It is a humble request to please take strict action against him as it makes us feel very unsafe, both the driving as well as behavior of this person was unreasonable and illogical, it made us feel scared and Threatened.
