Travelling by Ansh travell which connected with Bhopal travellers taken 3000rs for a single seat lucknow to bhopal where in bus observation my journey up on 8th and down10th , he cancell 01 bus both time time and travelling people forcely giving seat as they wish , No follow as sharing information by him. As well Service staff very rude and behaviour very bad as response ,how hire company like this type of staff.No understand customer Pain .Very Bad service by Bhopal travell/Ansh travell.Very painic journey which made harrasment .
