Goibibo's services are worst, I booked ticket on 23.01.2023, first of all I didn't get any message of bus number and bus operator, with great difficulty to find bus operator's number, after that bus operator called me directly Started fooling around, I was present at Dewas bus stand at 10:30 I was told that your bus will come at Dewas bus stand at 10:45 night I kept in touch with the bus operator but the bus operator told me where the bus is at 11:00 It is late, after that I called him, he says bus will not come at Dewas bus stand, bus operator misbehaved with me and that bus did not come to Dewas bus stand, bus operator told me to come at Maxi bypass , I was unable to go there, my bus left, I sat at Dewas bus stand at 12:30 in the night, I have to go to Guna urgently, then I left for Guna by another bus, so I got my full ticket amount. return the money with damages*
