SR-8 bus conductor refused to give change.

I travel in SR-8 bus number MP04PA4101
From jyoti talkies to nayapura route daily at 6:15 pm. I gave the conducter Rs.20 for ticket. The ticket cost 19 . I asked the conducter to give me Rs.1 change...He denied very roudly and misbehaved with me.
