Complaint regarding Harassment by SpiceJet airline for Travel Chandigarh Srinagar return travel

Dear sir/mam
as per given details we book SpiceJet airline for Travel Chandigarh Srinagar return travel .I booked in may and for Travel in September 16.

We plan Travel in advance to save our money.

But after three n half month from booking I received SMS from SpiceJet that flight got cancelled.
As per I talk with customer care about cancelled flight they said that please take full refund or take Chandigarh Delhi return flights.

As per customer care I talked again and said them that I have booked confirm ticket . If your flight not operated on give date then tell me when operated.

They denied to do so.

I have full recording of all email conversation with all departments of SpiceJet.
