not offered seat despite reservation

i had made two bus bookings from Goibibo having following transaction idswith details
1. GOBUSAND8141b1460877664 RBNQG89BGM : This bus booking was for my sister from delhi to lucknow. She arrived the bus stop on time and when she entered the bus she was refused the seat and told that all the seats are already occupied and then was made to shift in some other bus which appeared unsafe for a single lady traveler though i had specifically booked a ladies reserved sleeper seat . she had no choice but to shift and in the bus when she asked for blanket she was refused and the sleeper seat was not comfortable. Hence Goibio jeopardized her safety.
2. GOBUSAND35b201461116841 RBNUMPR6F9:
I had booked this seat for a friend of mine and the booking was from lucknow to delhi in anj A/c sleeper coach . when he arrived at the bus stop he was denied the seat by saying your booking is not genuine we will not honor the Goibibo booking and those seats were sold at higher price to other offline passengers . My friend had verbal argument with the bus operator and after that he was offered a normal seat and not the sleeper seat for which the reservation was made, my friend suffers from severe back pain and is undergoing physio therapy session and he had to travel for 12 hours straight sitting upfront .
when i lodged a complaint on Goibibo platform they said we will refund hald the amount for the second booking which was from Lucknow to delhi as the passenger was given a seat and with respect to second booking they said we will not refund any amount as the passenger arrived 30 mints late and this is a blatant lie as my sister reached on time .
Goibibo people went to an extent and wrote
"Please be advised that GOIBIBO is an intermediary service provider. We have limited control over service related issues as mentioned in
our t&c page"
it's a case of negligence on Goibiobo and lack of ownership on their part.
They had jeopardised the safety of my sister and behaved inhumanely with my friend who has health issuse
