This is w.r.t. the mis-selling, mis-representation, mis- guiding facts and cheating done with me by "Jukaso Journeys" I.T. Composite Towers, Plot No. 1, I.D.C., Mehrauli Road
Gurgaon. My name is Maan Shree holding membership no.-90424 with Jukaso Journeys and I am writing this complaint with great disappointment and towards the poor services responses from Jukaso Journey.
Me and my wife were called for an interaction in your Gurgaon branch Hotel. We visited there thinking Jukaso’s reputation in hotel industry and gave our precious time to know about the membership offers. The sales persons convinced us lucrative offers and services. We were told that the membership in that rate is available for that day only and we were promised to get each and every service without any hassle. We found membership offer to be fine and paid Rs.55000/-(includes interest we are paying every month) on the spot through credit card. After sometime I met one of my colleagues who told me that she was also offered same scheme 4 months back. It means company pressurized us to pay amount same day by saying that this offer is only for that day and the Surat Dimond vouchers were also wastage as the site is giving offer mentioned in the coupon on very selected useless items after paying some more money. It was not 100% redeemable voucher.
Problem started when we planned our summer vacations and mailed for the reservation in Dharamshala from 23rd to 25th June, but it was rejected due to unavailability of the rooms. We were bound to go in that period as my son’s school was starting in the next week.
We kept silent then again planned to spend at least one day somewhere so we mailed for the reservation at Jukaso Inn, Sunder Nagar, New Delhi. We kept on waiting for the reply but all in waste. Then my wife tried the customer care number mentioned on the card 5 to 6 times in a day but every time she got one answer that all the lines the busy. We asked for the reservation on 25th June 2016 but as usual we have neither got any mail nor any call from the reservation team about the confirmation or cancellation of the booking. Our weekend was planned for Jukaso but after no response we instantly booked our trip to Neemrana for the same dates. It was another additional expense for excursions on my pocket.
After two bad experiences again me and my wife started planning with fresh mind for another trip and this time we planned it for Kerala from 11th October to 16th October 2016. The process of booking started from July month through mail. We were asked to pay annual maintenance charges as we were using two years dates. We paid that amount too and sent the confirmation on mail. We asked that if we should go ahead with the flight bookings. Mr. Abhishek Messy said that your bookings are confirmed and he just had to send the vouchers only. After asking we were continuously tracking air fairs to come down. We booked our flight and sent a copy of air tickets on mail. Even after this there is no response from the company. We were waiting for the reply but as usual we had to call up to ask for the updates and it ended up with no reservation after three months of waiting.
The kind of financial loss we suffered and the mental harassment we gone through is not explainable. At the end I would like to say that we are not willing to keep this membership any more now. We have ruined our vacations every time we planned it with Jukaso Journeys. As we have invested huge amount in this membership and because of this we could not plan somewhere else and whenever we planned it ended up with more expenses and burden on our pocket.
I wish to bring it to your notice that I have not used even a single vacation from the membership and paid two years Annual Charges in advance so I request you to cancel my membership and refund my hard earned money without as per the details given below:-
Total Amount paid for the membership: - 55000/-
Total amount paid for Annual Maintenance: - 8000/-
Total amount to be paid :- 63000/-
Other unplanned charges: - 1st booking not confirmed and we planned it to some other hotel total expenses: - 3000/-
Kerala trip air fair:- 58000/-
Hotel charges:- 20000/-
Grand total – 55000+8000+3000+58000+20000 = 144000
