Complain for micromax LED customer care, purchased Micromax LDE TV

I purchased Micromax LDE TV on Nov/9/2015. There was a problem with the LED screen andsoon i called to micromax customer care toll free number 18001023999/18605008899 and could not connect to that and more over it is not a tollfree number and i was charged every call but it does not matter.the matter is i was complaint from the last month 15th october 2016 my complain number is mmx2510166792928 every day i called the customer care number they just told us we register ur complain and sended to you our technician. the technician come to my home for cheking the TV he told us we replace your TV after that we are not getting any response from there side till the date.now we are just fed up with all this things.
I request you to please someone take this a complaint and get my problematic TV to be replace asap. (complaint ID: mmx2510166792928)
