This is to Inform that i am Loyal Customer of your Services since last 2Years ..
I want to Convey ,Managememt Desk of Fipkart that recently i Bought Micromax Canvas Smart Tv found
Technical issues -Image getting pixelate,over Heating
Even after Authorised tehnician Visit from Flipkart for my Grivences after he Observed and Agreed on the same, he made Remark at the End that "Send it Back to the Warehouse"
Even today after Four days Passed,Your Team has updated me With a Clear no,describing Comments from Micromax Team Mr Ravikant(Micromax Serice Head),its a Normal Issue
Which is Not a Technical Concern,so we cant Match your Expectation Level and Pls dont compare us with Sony
However,if we Expect the same thing From you Guys
What does a 1+2 Years Warranty signifies

I am also Concluding it on the Grounds that I possess The telephonic Recording Between me and Authorised Technician from Flipkart and Clearly he has Declared that it should be Returned back to the Warehouse..
But today his Miromax Manager Clearly Declined of this Fact and i am not Satisfid from there Reasoning they gave to me and Vehemetly opposed My Concern
P.s -I expect with this Platform my Problem will Meet perfect Solution,will Be highly Obliged if Swift Action will be taken from the Mangement of Flipkart
