I have brought the sony television from Bajaj electronics store in 2017 RS 90,000. Now my television not working and raised complaint with SONy for repair service. Technician visited and saying repair od not possible as parts of the model was stopped by company and requested for exchange. I agreed for exchange but they are giving rs 7,000 exchange value for my old television which costs around 1 lakh. This is rediculous and it is a FRUAD. I sent so emails to sony head office still there was no response from them.
Need help in resolving the issue.
