Haier tv not support netflix app and 5g _pollachi girias store -reg

We have purchased haier tv (32 inch )on 3rd mar24 Sunday , that day sales representative explained about tv , it will support all applications including netflix and Amazon prime and other apps also. After installation, we are tried a lot to connect netflix, it didn't support our tv. We have reported girias store
manager more than two times, but they asked us , haier tv customer service will help to rectify our problems. They also came and checked , told this tv not support netflix , contact girias for further queries. We once again asked girias pollachi branch , they try to supply fire stick for application support, but we need with app supported tv only, so we need not willing to buy fire stick alone. And one more in my billing invoice, they billed tv and iron box and copper water bottle, three items to 14999 rupees, without our consent they did that and till now copper bottle never delivered.
