Please help me. I was gifted a Sony bravia tv 32 inch tv on Feb 15, 2015. On July 22 2016 the display disappeared. Thrice the Sony authorised service centre ie club electronic s service centre, South Extension Part 2, New Delhi experimented with display, remote, strip, batteries and I paid for each experiment. Now I am advised to change the motherboard for rs 5419 plus cost of spares by sh shakil ahmad, customer relations officer, northern region. My eleven year Panasonic zindabad while for two months the fancy BRAVIA sits in the service centre.
