Dear Sir, I have purched one sony Bravia KDL 32W700B led TV form shopclues.com 26/01/2016 in Rs.35199 against Order/Bill No. 83622298 but they have delivered wrong product sony Bravia KDL 32W700C instead sony Bravia KDL 32W700B. I have informed the same to shopclues customer care on same day. But they are not changing or responding properly about my product. I am requesting to you please look this matter and advise as we are suffering.
