I bought a 40 inch (102cm) Videocon LED TV Model No: VKV40FH18XAH for Rs.32,800/- (vide retail invoice no. DC/R-4129/2016-17 dated:06-10-2016 Represented By: Mr. Vinod) from a local dealer "Electronic Paradise Pvt. Ltd." Address: B1/626, Metro Piller No.572, Main Najafgarh Road, Janakpuri, New Delhi - 110058. But the dealer made the wrong model no.:VMA40FH18XAH of 38 inch (98cm) delivered to my place.
When i contacted them that you have delivered me the wrong model, they said we will replace the LED, and for the time being you can use the delivered LED.
But till date (exactly a month from the date of purchase) they are giving excuses that they don't have the the particular model in stock and will not be able to replace it.
i requested you to please help me out from this critical situation as they have played with emotions of my family.
Therefore, you are requested to kindly take some strict action against the dealer, as they have played with my family's emotions cause i don't want my money back, i want LED TV.

    I have made payment for Samsung 5 star model costing 36500 at the time of dispatching they said we will be dispatching 3 star model...After that I had to go to the showroom again and asked to stop the delivery and refund the money, they have stopped delivery and said they are issuing void sale , which I don't that something like void sale exist or not ...I now don't have money nor the product...The staff was not cooperating in reversing the payment and tried to give me wrong product, I don't know when I will be getting my hard earned money back.

    I purchased a IFB fully automatic Washing Machine on 11.11.2018 from Indira Puram Ghaziabad. It was delivered on 12.11.2018.
    We noticed that the box/packing of the item was loose and open without any taping. It appears that it is a second hand piece or display item. I want a fresh piece. I request you to change it.
