Unnecessary charges applied in the bill by the company

Reliance Communications is the company that is troubling me alot. I am a very old customer of reliance and I was having no arrears in my bill against the postpaid number 9336810543.
But in the bill of month APRIL - MAY 2016, the company has charged some adjustment amount of Rs.1372. This amount is unnecessary charged. I also made complaints on their customer care, but they failed to explain that why this amount was charged. They even blocked my number for not paying this amount.
As I am in need of this number so I even paid this amount so that my number gets active. But they have applied late payment charges in successive bills on this amount.They are charging Rs.100 late payment charges and also Rs. 100 adjustment.
Please help me out with this problem so that I can continue to use this number.
Once this bill problem gets sorted out I will port my number from Reliance to some other company.
