My name is Devesh Raj. My complaint against to Aircel Service Provider.
On the morning of 31st Jan A message came to company there is a offer that in Rs. 57 = 1 GB Internet pack 28 days.
I went the shop and done the recharge of 57 but after few minutes a message is there a successful recharge but there is no internet pack, neither there is main balance nor promo balance. So I called customer support there was a lady named Meena she said they didn't have any responsibility for that offer and my money was not refundable.
