SIR, MY RELIANCE LANDLINE NO 0591-3298720 WAS in the name of my FATHER who got expired in Jan 2015 & the landline phone was DISCONNECTED by me officially ON 18TH FEB 2015 AND TODAY IS 11TH JULY 2016. BUT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT OF RS 1000/- HAD NOT BEEN REFUNDED BY THE RELIANCE COMPANY TILL DATE. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO THE APPELLETTE AUTHORITY OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS BUT SINCE LAST 1.5 YEARS THEY GIVE NEW COMPLAINT NO. EACH TIME I CALL THEM. EVERY TIME THEY ASK ME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER FEW DAYS FOR MY SECURITY REFUND.
