Idea Bill Fraud cheated by idea claiming an amount

i have been cheated by idea, they are claiming an amount of 2597/- as my monthly bill out of which they have charged me an amount of Rs. 1117.64/- which is reflecting for Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration. please help me - this is not just about 1117 its about the fraud they are doing. haven't exceeded my data limits either - they must be doing this with other customers as well
