call drops prepaid customer of idea cellular compny

Hello Sir,
I am a prepaid customer of idea cellular compny (7065299102) from last 7-8 month in delhi NCR. Services was good. But from last 3-4 months, more than 15% calls dropped, due to this, I have to face both financial as well as professional reputation loss also.Please provide me claim so that services can be improved
