False Promise to Existing 3G CDMA plan carried forward in Reliance 4G

I had purchased Reliance 3GDongle (9389240320)with Rs.999 Rental plan (40gb data at 3g speed and after that unlimited) in April- 2016.
One month back I updated the 3G Dongle to 4G WI POD. I was told by reliance customer care that your old plan will be carried forward.
Few days before my 4g WI POD stopped working so I enquired about the same with Customer care, where I was told that the connection is blocked because of over usage & you have to pay Rs 1000 (Bill Amount) to retrieve the connection. After further enquiring I came to know that my unlimited plan was changed to 5 GB Data plan without confirming with me and It was done for all 4G users. I have not received any communication mail/message about the plan change.
I have been following up with Reliance from last many days but have not got any response neither my connection is retrieved.
Reliance is cheating its customers by calling them to join 4G network and continue existing plan but after joining the plan has been changed in the backend and ask customers to pay the huge bills.
