I was charged cancellation fee incorrectly & fare higher than estimated

Dear Sir,

I was charged cancellation fee incorrectly, driver canceled the ride after asking me where i have to go & ola is charging me.
On the same day i hired the ola cab from office to home during booking they showed me 600 rs. but after stoping my ride they have charged me 698. Please help.
In Corona phase either supporting people ola is busy in making money by charging like anything.
