Driver misbehaviour

Ticket No. 236081638 at ola is still not resolved and we faced an insultive behavior from cab driver booked on Nov 21,2020 (CRN 5014202421). Through out the route I keep asking him that why is he changing the original route but he didn't answered. He was making an irritative whistle sound knowingly which made me and a female passenger felt awkward. What level of drivers actually work here? This is not good for Ola's reputation. I know you might be thinking that for a matter of just Rs. 334/- why to bother and why to give weightage to any customer complaint and just close the ticket without solving it. I am strange whether Ola has some customer value or not because this will not going to help in long run. I have not received my excess money back yet and atleast a sorry message from that driver was expected. But if the case doesn't get resolved. I'll have to take a legal action not for RS. 334/- over charged bill but the misconduct and misbehaviour by a cab driver which even the society members have observed at the end of the ride.
