On 4/11/2020 I booked ola cab which was confirmed with driver after waiting for 15 minutes I called him to find out where he was to that he replied I have cancelled the trip .this was very irritating after waiting for 15mins to get such a reply whenever we cancel ola charges us but what about them when they cancel it was so time consuming
