The Ola Driver slept on the wheel while driving at around 90 km/hour. The car hit the divider, tossed over to the other side of the road. I somehow managed to open the right door as the car had flipped to its side. The driver came out after me.
My left hand's finger joint had popped off from its place. The driver didn't even say a word. Also in the ride he didn't respond to anything i was saying, i am pretty sure he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
A huge crowd gathered around after the accident in shock how we survived such a major accident.
Ola even charged me Rs 198 for this ride. And their is no complaint number i could find through the app. Their whole report an accident system is a complete failure.
These kind of drivers don't even care about their own life, if not the life of others. They do extra trips to make more money. Even when they are in such a sleep state that they can fall asleep while driving a vehicle at 90 km/hour. I am still in trauma and not able to travel by car or even walk on the road without being scared of such drivers. These are the details of the ride -
