Ola Cabs Credit Card Charged Twice

I had taken a ride from my home at Aundh, Pune to Pune Airport on 18th April 2017 and the payment was done through Credit Card. I observed that the credit card was debited twice for the same trip covered under CRN663062497. This was reported to Ola Cabs immediately upon receipt of credit card statement on 09th May 2017. The service provider informed that nothing could be done as 15 days have passed after the ride. This is totally unacceptable and you are requested to help me in getting the refund plus liquidated damages. The Company informs me a few minutes back that the refund has been processed. This issue may please be treated as closed
