Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the trip I took with OLA on 23rd Dec 2016 at Pune.
The reference no of the trip is: OSN303174295

This was a ride via OLA share.
After my booking confirmation I got a SMS about the booking details and the amount (Rs 248) I need to pay after the completion of the trip.
Please find uploaded the screen shot of the SMS I received in my phone.

I have taken a number of trips via OLA before and never have got the message of this sort which mentions about the amount which has to be paid after the completion of the trip.
All of those were individual private rides and not share.
Hence as a natural conclusion I thought that in OLA share customer has to pay the driver in cash.

Also it can be checked that the SMS(screen shot uploaded) does not mention anything about the mode of payment.

At the end of the trip the driver demanded money from me and I had to oblige.

However I found that similar amount has also been deducted from my OLA money wallet.

I contacted OLA support and asked for the refund of the excess amount(case no: [Ola Support] #30858533)
To this I got a reply from them that they do not have any system of refunding money.

There system and policy does not allow them to refund any excess amount paid by the customer.

Also they are falsely claiming(can be checked from the SMS screenshot uploaded) that booking confirmation
SMS had details about the mode of payment.

This is utter case of theft and unscourplus business practice.
They have every details of the driver and trip details saved in their system.
They can readily verify it from their side and take a step to resolve the matter.
Surprisingly they are not ready to take a note of this and trying to illegally take customer money.

Request you to please help me in this regard so that I can get a refund of the amount.
