My account was disabled twice by Uber. I was falsely accused by them of suspicious activity. I had travelled to Delhi and when my account was disabled, I had to ask someone else to book a cab for me.

On 22.11.2016, I booked an Uber taxi from JNU to Delhi airport Terminal 1D. After dropping me, the driver said the net was slow and the journey might have cost Rs. 200. I would have missed my flight, so I paid. Later, the invoice sent revealed the bill amount only to be Rs. 111.39. I was cheated by the driver.

When I reported this to Uber, they said that transactions outside Uber are not their responsibility. The driver was not somebody outside Uber. I was forced to pay cash because they disabled my account.

They said they might give me Uber credits worth Rs. 90. But after this mental harassment I do not wish to travel by Uber again, so I want the amount to be refunded by Paytm or in my bank account. Also, I demand an apology from Uber for disabling my account in time of need, accusing me of suspicious activity without evidence and thereby insulting me, cheating me and then refusing to cooperate. I also want a refund in cash.
