Jognoo taking lady passenger complaints lightly

I have booked an Jognoo auto from app in Nagpur. The auto driver accepted my ride and told me that he will reach shortly. In few minutes he went in front of me already carrying a passenger. I called him and his pH. Was switched off. I was left all alone on the road. To my surprise they charged me 10 Rs. For cancellation. When I contacted Jognoo for the same they said it's to regulate vehicle so they have charged me. They even said a word for action against driver and will refund me 20/- Rs. They have made an offer of 20rs. Of my safety.i will donate another 10 rs. If they take action against driver.
