Complaint against Ola stole my money

This is in regards to a complaint I had lodged on 1st Sep'16 and repeatedly post that with Ola. It stands unresolved to this date. To top up, noone from Ola support is responding and there is no escalation matrix either. My issue is as follows:

I was exploring the Ola Money app and I transferred 400 INR to my wife. But it seems her number has been permanently deactivated by Ola cabs. But the account still allows inflow of money to the account.

So now, even though the amount is transferred, neither me nor my wife can now use this money.

I have not got any solution to this issue till now from Ola. The result is that Ola has my 400 INR and I can't access it. This is same as cheating !
