I booked a ola cab from Sion Mumbai to Churchgate and cab broke down in Dadar. The driver didn't arrange any alternative cab but claimed full money. I had my family with me​ and in the interest of safety, I paid. When I called customer care, they refused to accept the complaint and also sent me email that complaint is resolved.

    OLA should have been round Rs 600 to 700.
