Charged through Ola Postpaid though cash payment done to driver

I had taken ride from Panvel to Worli on 15 September 2019 at 11:00P.M. After ride I made Cash Payment to the driver for the ride. After that Ola Cab messaged me that Ola Postpaid paymnet of Rs.891 is due for payment which is the fare amount of aforesaid ride for which I already paid in cash to driver. Now Ola cab is messaging me to make paymemt and late fees is also imposing. Please resolve my complaint.
