on 11th November i took a ride in ola the fare was 326 so i paid online, but after reaching the destination the driver denied that he has not received the online payment ans asked me for cash. the driver said that if any amount has debited from my then it will be refunded to me back ,so i paid cash to him. and from that date today is 2 dec i have complained many time but still they are not giving the refund to me and today they are saying that i reported late for the issue. but i have reported on the same day and i have proof of complaint report.
