I booked a cab in advance for my son to bring him home after exam (at 3.15pm) on 3rd Nov'20. At the time of booking it showed fare as 564/- (30km/1hr journey) which was normal. At 3.05 I received call from driver asking as to how I am going to pay for ride. For which I replied that I have post paid account with Ola. He said that he wants cash payment or he will cancel the ride and I should book again. As my son was waiting, I agreed for it. As my son was tired so he closed his eyes to relax This driver took advantage and took a very long route which resulted in billing if 1144/- and time 2 hours. In reaching home he asked for cash for which I told him that my account is already debited. His reply was that I will have refund entry in 24 hours. So I paid cash. Now I immediately filed complaint with Ola for driver taken longer route.And same time complaint for 1144/- showing in my post paid account though I already paid cash to driver. Ola reverted 490/- to my wallet and closed the complaint. After this I filed at least 4 more complaints and also 6 times discussed with customer service. But end result was that we have refunded 490/- and case is closed. Now I received the bill for 564+1144 I paid cash to driver. Over that they have put late fee charge of 100/-. Though it should be 490/- credit to my wallet and removal of 564/- which they should have adjusted in driver's payment. I am not paying as it's not about 564, it's about driver cheated me and Ola not taken any action.
