I am regularly using OLA app for cab booking. Because it is giving fare amount and proper service. but on 3rd June 2017 shocked for the amount charged which i didn't booked at all. When i used ola app for booking cab from CSIA T2 airport to my resident in Panvel, app showed me charge of Rs. 2414 which i cancelled and re - booked it, so app showed Rs.863 which i confirmed and took ride upto my house and paid in cash. Then afterward i received message for Total Bill Rs. 2414/-. Deducting Rs. 1551/- from my Ola money wallet.
Bill No: CRN768898387 dated: 03.06.2017
Kindly refund amount of Rs.1551/- back to my Ola money wallet again.
Otherwise need to go to Consumer court for same.

I used Ola Rental on 2nd March 2022 and I was charged Rs.916 which included Rs.125 as toll. I did not pass through any toll and this amount was charged wrongly. On making a complaint I got a message that I should not have paid toll to the driver.
I explained to them that the payment mode was Ola Postpaid and I did not pay any amount to the driver. This amount was charged wrongly. However the complaint was abruptly closed without resolution and further mails is also not getting any response.

Dear Sir,
I booked an Ola cab for my friend whose description is in the attached file. But the problem is that the cab payment has been done through two sides, one from my postpaid account and the other the cab driver has taken cash. I have attached the details of both the files.My question is why did the driver take cash separately after the payment was deducted from my postpaid account. However, when I realized about it, I complained to Ola Apps and got a refund from me immediately, but I didn't get the full refund that was deducted from my account.I still want to get 92 rupees from you. That's why I want you to pay me back.

It was case my travelled 2 KM in Ola Auto- travel from AGB Layout Bangalore to KMV red hills school-less than 2 Kms. OLA App showing charges Rs.47/- but auto driver insisted and paid Rs.272/- for 2 Kms.
it is very pathetic for consumer, further there is no justification from OLA team.
Awaiting for proper justification in this regard

I want to complaint about i had my last ride which driver asking extra money,last ride after dropping in nola app shows to me 60rupees but he is asking 80rs .. I asked him show ur ola t de of me..
So i want to talk with customer care otherwise i will complaint innpolice station in the sense of irresponsible of Ola

I took an OLA ride on 27th of June. I was over billed and upon escalating the matter to OLA they agreed to refund the extra amount charged of over Rs500. They asked for my bank details which I have already submitted to them n till date I am just following up with them without any results. They have yet not refunded my money. They have even stopped responding. Big frauds.

I took a bike ride from Belur to Bhawanipur Kolkata and paid the driver via UPI. The amount still shows outstanding. I have called them several times and also left numerous messages but all in vain. They kept saying the amount will be removed in 24 to 48hrs but it still shows outstanding. Moreover, they are now asking me to clear the dues. I have send them the screenshot of the transaction as well, which they acknowledged and said that the amount will be removed but it never did. Now I am not even able to see the messages that I have sent them. It shows as some error

I am using ola from many years and found ola as a reliable and safe partner for travelling but today I xperience the worst experience from ola company. As my ride number CRN6827080064 this I had pre-book the ola ride in night for early morning for indore airport so that I can reach my destination hastle free and safely. But the scenario changed in morning , they provide me the ola cab and driver details 15 mins before pick up but driver told me that he can't pick u up as he have other booking on the same time and asked me to cancel the booking by my side. And given me the last option that If u r alone he can take along with other passenger in sharing which is really unsafe and can't expect from ola company drivers.
And then I called customer representative for the same he also given me the same response by saying I am helpless in all this and u can book your cab by your own at the last moment where I have no time in going out and find the cab from local travel agency and that also too early morning.
I request you to please look into this and I want strict action against the driver and the customer representative Mr Deepak Sharma who really done nothing and left me with the feeling of helpless.
At last I missed my flight and my entire day commitments which was the huge loss for me.
This was not expected by ola company as they have no control over their drivers and also they didn't provide me alternate cab for the same.
