I am regularly using OLA app for cab booking. Because it is giving fare amount and proper service. but on 3rd June 2017 shocked for the amount charged which i didn't booked at all. When i used ola app for booking cab from CSIA T2 airport to my resident in Panvel, app showed me charge of Rs. 2414 which i cancelled and re - booked it, so app showed Rs.863 which i confirmed and took ride upto my house and paid in cash. Then afterward i received message for Total Bill Rs. 2414/-. Deducting Rs. 1551/- from my Ola money wallet.
Bill No: CRN768898387 dated: 03.06.2017
Kindly refund amount of Rs.1551/- back to my Ola money wallet again.
Otherwise need to go to Consumer court for same.

    MY younger brother has booked ride and didn't paid for the ride. on 01-04-2021 I have started receiving calls from OLA office about repayment.
    I have clearly mentioned that we are leaving separately and don't communicate with each other.
    Still they have started calling on my phone and it was like 100 of times from different nos.
    Again I told them that I have nothing do it with what service he availed from Ola and then he paid or not, please stop calling me.
    But this goes beyond and they started calling after every seconds.
    This is totally Mental harassment for me.

    I had booked a round trip from dehradun to poanta sahib and return.Ola gave me a bill of ₹1654 for 120 km.
    However when I wanted to start the return ride. The driver told me to book a new ride as the navigation did not start the return ride. When I tried to book the return ride the ola app showed that there were no services available at that area.
    The driver then asked me to end the ride there as ola would charge me only the distance that I have travelled. However when I ended the ride it charged me for the entire amount of ₹ 1654 for 56 km .
    Now I have raised the issue several times with ola. Initially they agreed to give a refund. But as soon as I kept the call they sent me mails informing that I would not get any refund.
    Inspite of requesting so many times to let me talk to the supervisor. There is no revert from their side. But only mails telling me that there will be no refund.

    मे और मेरा बड़ा भाई ओला बुक कर के रोहिणी सेक्टर ३ से रोहिणी सेक्टर २४ जाना चाहते थे । हम ब्राह्मण हे ओर हमने धोती करता पहना था और हम सेक्टर २३ जजमान में पूजा करने जा रहे थे पूजा का समान ओर हमें देखकर वह हमसे बतमीजी करने लगा।ओर हमें और हमारे समान को नीचे उतरवादिया ओर बड़ी अभद्रता से हमसे बहस करने लगा। ओला ऐप भी बड़ा घटिया हे वह कम्प्लेंट दर्ज नहीं करता ओर नहीं कोंप्लेट नम्बर इनके काम करते हे। यह हम ब्रह्मणो पर अत्याचार नहीं तो ओर क्या हे। ओला बुक करी गायिथि मेरे भैया के फ़ोन से ८३७६०७८२९७ ओर कैब का नम्बर है DL 1 RTC 1936 ओला या तो इस ड्राइवर को सबक़ सिखाए या में ओला पर क़ानूनी करवाई करूँगा ओला अपने ग्राहकोसे पैसे हेटती हे उनकी सुरक्षा का ध्यान नहीं रखती। इस ड्राइवर पर कारवाही नहीं हुई तो ओला कम्पनी को में न्यायालय से सबक़ सिखाऊँगा। ओर यह सब आपबीती सभी समाचार पत्र में ओर सोशल मीडिया पर में आज ही ज़ाहिर कर रहा हूँ ।

    Iam Suguna I have booked cab on ola app at the pickup point the cab driver refused to drop at the destination because of online payment and demanded to cancel ride and pay cash and he dropped us in the midway.

    I have taken a Ola and paid to driver. But due to glitch in Ola app, I also need to pay online to Ola. While Ola team confirmed that they will refund the money, currently Ola team is not responding to any of my communication. Ola Request Ticket 276730699

    Before booking I recharge wallet. Post ride this is not getting debited. Each time payment isade through drivers gpay number. During ride we cant recharge wallet. Also the new development is..something called as postpaid late fee. What the hell is this?? Ola does not have even customer care numbers. Is the Law blind to all these???? If so the question is WHY???????

    On 28.2.22, I had a ride and paid the bill by cash. But still oka showing as Rs.161 as due for payment.
