i had bought a mobile phone from shopclues online service. after receiving its found damaged not working. thatwhy i complained to them fro refund and revered pick up the product. they replied that they dont have the service area to pick up the product although the product they handed over to me at my area. yet i sent it by courier by own service charge. but they refused to accept the courier without any reason. so i want justice.

    I hv ordered dolphin bean bag from shopclues (with online payment)..on 4th april..
    On 21st april i got a mail that order has been delivered to your address. But is has not been delivered till now...
    Talk to them so many tyms.. e mail them so many.. but totally dissatiafied from their services..
    Worst experience....
    Totally bogus..
